Rekindling Hope Services LLC provides in-person mentoring and early intervention for youth impacted by gang involvement, chronic truancy, and community trauma. In a time of rising violence and emotional instability, we meet young people where they are offering consistent, trauma-informed support that helps them reconnect with school, goals, and purpose.

  • Our 1:1 mentoring approach is hands-on, personalized, and rooted in empathy. We offer one-on-one counseling that allows students to express their emotions, explore solutions, and build coping strategies in a safe and judgment-free space. Each session is designed to help them process trauma, develop a stronger sense of self-worth, and make empowered decisions about their future.
  • We collaborate with community partners such as Keys Development and Restoration Behavioral Health Systems to offer Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services—ensuring wraparound support that treats the whole person, not just the symptoms!
